Navigating the job market can feel overwhelming — that’s where we come in.

Personal, Vocational, Social, Adjustment
(PVSA)
Personal, Vocational, Social Adjustment (PVSA) services offer individualized, goal-oriented support to help individuals build essential life and work skills. Through personalized coaching, PVSA addresses communication, interpersonal skills, mobility, grooming and hygiene, budgeting, and workplace behaviors—supporting participants in overcoming barriers, achieving employment stability, and maintaining independence in community or supported employment settings.

Short-Term Support
(STS)
Provide time-limited, individualized services designed to help individuals with disabilities gain work experience, build essential job skills, and successfully transition into employment. As an approved vendor, we offer hands-on support that includes job coaching, work-based learning opportunities, skill development, and transition services for students and adults. STS services focus on preparing individuals for competitive, integrated employment through practical training, real-world experience, and collaborative partnerships with schools and community agencies.

Supported Employment Retention
(SE)
Services provide ongoing, individualized support to help Regional Center clients with significant disabilities maintain success in competitive, integrated employment after initial job placement and training. Services include continued job coaching with gradually reduced support, regular check-ins to address challenges, problem-solving and advocacy, and assistance with adjusting to workplace expectations and benefits. All supports are tailored to the individual’s strengths and goals, with the aim of promoting long-term job stability, independence, and meaningful community inclusion.

Supported Employment Job Coaching
(SE)
Our Job Coaching services provide personalized, hands-on support to help Regional Center clients succeed in the workplace. Job coaches guide clients through onboarding and training, gradually fading support as independence grows, while maintaining ongoing contact to address new challenges. We also offer problem-solving and advocacy for work-related issues and help individuals adapt to workplace culture, understand benefits, and access family support when needed—ensuring long-term success and stability on the job. SE Job Coaching is a long-term support service.
